[Nmh-workers] Savannah to be restored from Nov 24 backup

I don't know if anyone has seen the announcement on the Savannah home
page, but it seems that there was a break-in and the systems are being
restored from a known-good backup as of November 24th.

I think we're good in that regard; looks like the last commit was from me
on November 21st (another reason to go to git!).  If anyone else has
any more recent changes, be sure to recommit them when Savannah comes
back up.
