For just the translations that would mean adding some thirty names
to the list.  And that are just the last translators -- I would have
to go digging through SVN history to see if in the interim maybe some
other translators have contributed.  Furtherrmore, several of these
names would need to be represented differently depending on whether
UTF-8 is used or not -- they would require the same treatment as
currently Florian König -- and at least two names can't be represented
in Latin-1 at all.  And then, for other contributions, where to draw
the line?  Should also those be included who have posted a patch which
was never applied?  Or those who merely suggested the addition of a
feature? ....

No.  The Easter egg is just a fun thing, it is not a true-to-life list
of who contributed to nano.  If it were up to me, to keep the list
a bit manageable, I would say that a name has to crop up at least ten
times in the Changelogs before it can make it to the Easter scroll.
