Yes, that's right. I'll add you to the group. If you then upload a file and 
associate it only with that group and then go to the pack and try 'Quick Add 
(my stuff)', the file is not listed - well, not for me.

Which 'quick add' box(es) are you referring to?

The 'quick add (from your stuff)' only shows items that you have
uploaded/created. Do you mean that the file and workflow you uploaded
are not shown in that box?
