Yes, the 3.6 hour pull was with Monotone 0.19 under Cygwin.
The Cygwin version must have used ncurses instead of (r c < >) progress 
indicators.
I don't know if there was any ticker updating for the last 15 minutes 
of the Monotone 0.19 MinGW version pull, as I wasn't watching the screen at the
