To follow up on this issue: Jack has already bundled Botan 1.10.3, which
is again ABI-compatible to Botan 1.10.1 and before. The maintainer of
the Debian Botan package, Ondřej Surý, is aware as well and confirmed to
package ASAP.
As a measure of precaution, I'll take care of marking Botan 1.10.2 as an
unsupported version in monotone, so it refuses to compile against an
ABI-incompatible version within the 1.10.x line of Botan.
