Hi, per the appended bug report, monotone needs to be recompiled to
pick up the new libbotan soname.  Please schedule:

  nmu monotone_0.43-3 . ALL . -m "Recompile with botan-devel 1.8.2"
  dw monotone_0.43-3 . ia64 mips mipsel sparc . -m 'libbotan1.8-dev
(>= 1.8.2-1)'

This closes bug #527314.  I have verified that the package builds with
the new library.

libbotan1.8 was recently upgraded from 1.8.1 to 1.8.2.

$ mtn

       libbotan-1.8.1.so => not found
       ...

$ ls -l /usr/lib/libbotan*.so

Monotone needs to be rebuilt against the new Botan 1.8.2.
