[Mldonkey-users] Breaking the Rule sum(ul) = sum(dl)

Hi,
What do you think about the following idea:

Each client has a list with proxy-servers they can access.
If there are asking several clients for the same chunk and they
have the same proxy-server in the list (e.g. all T-DSL user in
germany can use www-proxy.t-online.de) this chunk can be "uploaded"
to this server and the other clients get a message, that they
can also get this chunk through the proxy, which should be quite
faster.

I've tried that with my local apache, 
loaded a file (with proxy enabled), i got about 10k/s
cleared temp file
loaded the file again, i got ~ 60k/s
