Can anyone tell me if there are external programs which can be used in
conjunction with Lynx to view and be able to print an inline image in a
document. We want to be able to include our logo in a patient data form
that we would like to be able to produce.

Lynx is a text-based web browser, it does not view images this way. You
can set up image viewers to view images in external programs I believe, but
it does not view images inline in the way that GUI browsers work.
It sounds like you may be happier with a GUI browser such as iCab (Mac
browser), Opera, Netscape, or IE.
