After a little more testing I'm not sure what's going on. 2.8.4 dev 6
has an instability for me. But by changing a setting in my screen
reader, I cleared it up. Looks like a timing problem/race condition.
Also I don't have all my environment variables set in the prescribed
manner, although I believe every resource Lynx needs is present.
