Aristotle, using DOS 3.2 with 3.3 country info for Quebec,
recognises only dates 1980-1-1 to 2099-12-31 inclusive;
he translates eg `99' to `1999', but requires `2000' in full.
hopefully before 2100, i'll be able to afford to update my hardware (smile).
