Well, most in Soviet-style, but several ISP in Moscow run by a highly
qualified team - qualified support and no crashes for years.
There is a close cooperation between ISP in Moscow for caching, common traffic
etc., foreign traffic was expanded by new 34Mbit/s fiber optics channel
recently.
