grep on 'msgstr ""' (escaping the quotes, I'll leave up to you :). Or,
better yet, use xgettext to automagically add to your *.po file.

Not as long as the president lives in a $50 million mansion, maintains
another equally expensive home in Tokyo, and drives a different car for
each day of the week (actually the chauffeur_s_ do the driving).  The
exaggeration is less than you might think.
