I know a lot of sites talk about 1-2% as if it were not worth worrying

It all depends on scale. If it were 1-2% of 100 people, then I would
understand. 1-2% of 1 million people now starts hitting 100,000 people.
And so forth. If we have a hundred thousand or more folk using lynx,
and approx. 5-10 people programming for it, I think that indeed they are
doing a great job. Around my company, the 200+ programmers can't keep up
with the requests from the other 1200+ employees <grin>...
