Lynx 2-4-2 was before the Flood ( & then some).
i had no trouble accessing that URL using Lynx 2-7,
BUT it reports bad HTML on a number of internal links there.
2 suggestions:
(1) use \ to get copies of the bad HTML & report the problem to the site;
(2) upgrade to the latest Lynx 2-7-1: if your sysadmin won't help,
you can compile your own copy in your own directories:
goto lynx.browser.org for all details, come here again for more help.
