I'm not sure exactly what you don't follow... returning to lynx with 'fg'
causes the screen to clear and the cursor to be placed in the lower right
corner.  It's as if the text is invisible.  Everything seems to work
except that text no longer appears on the screen.  Pressing Ctrl-L
"refreshes" the blank screen...
