The original Lynx code treats Đ and Ð as the same characters
and chartrans Lynx is probably using the wrong table for transliterations.
Đ and Ð have the same glyphs, but đ and ð don't.
ASCII representations are not the same, either.
Ð --> DH
Đ --> DJ
Of course, that should probably be Dh and Dj, but you can't know unless
adjacent characters are examined. The next character to print could be
positioned after unknown number of HTML tags which might imply line break,
but they need not. Too much trouble, IMHO.
