Do you understand the legal concept of "standing"?

You and I have no standing to challenge Fote's acceptance of
ambiguity in the Copyright.

Since the way it is seems to work, for those who have a prayer of
having any claim under any scenario I can imagine, why don't we
who have no such prayer-of-claim butt out?
