Simple change: re "vi_keys" and hjkl and HJKL:

At each mention (in manual, etc) of h, j, k, or l
command (eg j for jump), put this just after
the eg "j":
    (if vi_keys on, then "J")

There's likely only 4 places, so is not much to add.

Sure took me a while to learn it, and only by happening
to notice it on a "keys" typeout.
