With that much information about your system, I'd say depending on the moon's phase, it would be in the range of 1.5 and 2 Fantabytes per second, half duplex.
On some of my magic embedded systems, lwIP achieves almost (90%) link speed (100Mbps,TCP Rx or Tx) with usually minor CPU load.
