I have uploaded a copy of the present CVS (some small changes since the
official release candidate) to a server of mine as a courtesy, unofficially.

This has unix line endings:
http://snape.ecoscentric.com/~jlarmour/lwip-1.3.0-prerelease-20080307-jifl.tar.gz
This should have windows line endings:
http://snape.ecoscentric.com/~jlarmour/lwip-1.3.0-prerelease-20080307-jifl.zip
