[lwip-users] lwIP win32 porting

Hello.

I'm trying to get lwIP win32(wpcap) porting to work.
Finally compiled it, but when I start test.exe it just sais:
"system initialized. can't open adapter!".

Where is the code that opens an adapter and how is it choosing the right one?

In general, I need it to send HTTP POST request to a server.

Any help appreciated.
