Hi Promila,

There did seem to be some intermittent network problems when I tried 
(but seems okay now).  I raised a support ticket with the ISP.

Can you try this from the terminal: curl -v 
bitshrine.org/ltib/pages/netinstall.txt

If that's okay, re-try running ltib.
