[Ltib] help: ltib toolchain installation failure!!!

Hello Sir/Mam

I am trying to configure/Installing ltib for MPC8360E on Debian 8.4. After
configuration, there is network problem related to rpm download although 
Internet
connection working properly on my machine. 
What is the actual reason for the failure?

Can't connect to bitshrine.org:80
