I changed the locations it was copying from in my /usr to absolute
links instead of relative. After doing that they worked after being
copied.

The links in:
/usr/lib/gcc/arm-linux-gnueabi/4.6.1/libgomp.so
/usr/lib/gcc/arm-linux-gnueabi/4.6.1/libgcc_s.so.1
