Subject: [Ltib] Problem running GTK+ based applications on imx27 + latest CVS LTIB code.

Hi,

I am trying to run a GTK+ application over X11 using latest CVS LTIB +
imx27 system. I load X using the command "Xfbdev &".
After that, I load the necessary modules and run the default GTK-demo
application that comes along with LTIB using the command:
"/usr/bin/gtk-demo". (gtk-demo is a compiled executable application
comes with GTK+ in LTIB).

I get the following errors.
=====================================================================
(gtk-demo:1772): Gdk-WARNING **: Error converting from UTF-8 to STRING:
Could no
t open converter from 'UTF-8' to
'ISO-8859-1'

No fonts found; this probably means that the
fontconfig
library is not correctly configured. You may need
to
edit the fonts.conf configuration file. More
information
about fontconfig can be found in the fontconfig(3)
manual
page and on
http://fontconfig.org
FreeFontPath: FPE "built-ins" refcount is 2, should be 1; fixing.
Fatal server
error:
could not open default cursor font
'cursor'

16
================================================================================

Has anybody encountered this problem ? Can you please let me know a
solution for this ?

regards,
Rajesh Marathe.
