[Ltib] kernel-2.6.13-mpc8349itx-qg8mcu-20070112.patch missing

I was building the kernel using the spec file
kernel-2.6.13.4-mpc8349itx.spec and got stuck because Patch7 appears to be
removed from the GPP.  I cannot come up with a result for:

I do have an old copy of this file, but it seems like either it should
still be in the GPP or the spec file should be edited.  Has anyone else
encountered this?
