When Lout 3.02 is released would it be possible to release a diff file
too. That will allow new users to get the full release and existing
users of 3.01 to quickly download only the changes.

Obviously this will only apply to small changes - I don't expect to
see a lout3to4.diffs file :)

A file that can be used with patch would be most appreciated.
