Hi All,
I've solved this.
The problem is seen during make execution.
It tries to download the extract-cfile.awk via wget but for some unknown (to me
at least) reason the file name was changed in a too long one which cannot
be successfully saved due to file name's length limitation.
So I manually downloaded the file and put it under the
-android/submodules/libilbc-rfc3951/downloads directory, then I've modified the
Makefile in order to avoid the wget phase and all went fine!
Actually linphone is running on my emulator. Awesome.
Best Regards

Hello Guillaume,
Thanks a lot for your email,
It allow me to go a bit further.
Unfortunately I'm still getting the error I had before i.e.
Compile thumb : msilbc <= ilbc.c
/home/iotsec/workspace/linphone-android/jni/..//submodules/msilbc/ilbc.c:5:26:
error: iLBC_encode.h: No such file or
[...]
Despite the prepare_sources.sh now can deals with the missing programs you told
me about
the iLBC prepare stage won't work.
The error is a little bit verbose this time even if this is gibberish for me.
Below is the error:

Hi,
I read your email a bit quickly. ;)

You should install the programs libtoolize, aclocal, automake and
autoconf.
