I have not used a Table of Contents before, and I am having some difficulty in getting the result I want. I have 2 problems. 1) I would like to have a dotted line between the title and the page number in each line. But if I use tocItemMarkup = \tocItemWithDotsMarkup then there does not seem to be a way of formatting the text the way I want to (larger font etc.).
This works fine for me, changing both the font family and size and providing dots between the title and page number:
tocItemMarkup = \markup { \override #'(font-name . "SpectrumMT SC") \fontsize #4 \tocItemWithDotsMarkup }
