It seems that I got an alert that 16.04 is now considered LTS and they 
are suggesting all 15.04 users update, so I would've eventually updated. 
So you being the canary (so to speak) may have pointed something out in 
advance.

I'll fire up a VM in the next hour or so and see what happens for me.
