Didn't you just recently say that this should NOT be in LM?
... after all, the command is \header.
That is, one must admit, a confusing command... none of the items are actually put in a "header" (as most people think of it, i.e., a running header/footer): some items are put in titles (which appear only on the first page), others (e.g. "copyright" and "tagline") are put in the footer of various (first and last, respectively) pages.
Maybe the \header command should be renamed? Kieren.
