Run the command "texhash".

I tried this, and also Jan suggestion, to copy the lilypond.map file into the working directory, but still the same (although ksewhich now sees the lilypond.map file in the CWD):

Opening pipe `kpsewhich feta20.pfa'

I just did try to run the dvips -ta4 -Ppdf -G0 -u +lilypond.map -oESK400-102.ps ESK400-102.dvi'' on the command line and guess what... Yes, it works. Isn't that weird. So it is not that dvips cannot find it, but has somethiing todo with what lilpond add or removes from the environment.
Does this ring a bell ?

Ruud
