Incidentally, the image shows another problem (I've attached it
again): The ledger lines of the e-flat note are not symmetric.  It
probably makes sense to shorten the ledger line at the left side which
has attached an accident to it (I haven't checked a well printed score
yet), but this isn't true for ledger lines without an accident.
