Yes, it is in fact _execv. Thats what the other part of my message was
about (the part you did not quote):

I'm reposting this because there might be a reason you did not see this
in the mail I sent: the two dots in the first line. If that is correct,
please say so, because there's most likely a broken MTA/MDA/MUA
somewhere in between lists.gnu.org and your site :-/
