Well, it seems unlikely that there will be any more releases on branch-1-5, but applied this anyway :)

Please revert, now that Alexandre is back from vacation, he has fixed CVS automake. No sense in adding random cruft to the libtool configury just to
support a small range of unreleased CVS revisions of automake.
