I don't actually know. Joshua Gay was the one who suggested I post to
the libreboot mailing list like this, so that's what I'm doing. It
makes sense to raise awareness about it. Last year (if I'm not
mistaken, though I could be wrong), jxself from IRC was organising it,
and that may or may not be the case this year. I think that it will be
listed on the libreplanet website.

Last year, the Thursday pre-conference dinner was at "Veggie Galaxy"
and was indeed listed on https://libreplanet.org/2015/program/social.htm

Based on this, it's likely that the details will also be there for
this year. This is the social page for 2016, which does not yet list
the event (presumably because the details aren't yet organised):

Of course, it may be there other attendees will arrange alternative
venues for the night. Who knows?
