Applied.  I changed the thread ID formatting just a bit though, and
left out the wortel.c fixes (except the grammar fix), because as
discussed in my initial reply, the error code is an ipc error.  And
the panic at the shutdown message, well, that's cosmetic.  The whole
function is only garbage/place-filler anyway.  This will be fixed
automatically when actually writing the wortel server stuff.
