Thanks for publishing those.  I'm trying to let the Kartouche
maintainer know about this discussion on
http://lists.nongnu.org/mailman/listinfo/koha-translate
to see if that project is alive but not as visible as it could be.

Kartouche is a much lighter install than Pootle (which is Python which
I think nothing else on koha.org was using until www started trying to
go Plone) and seemed to work well enough, but I could be wrong.
