Let say someone wants to boil some water for a nice cup of tea.

Two ways of boiling water are putting a kettle on the stove, and
heating up the water with a blowtorch.

Assume said person is a novice at using a blowtorch and that said
person is not inclined to study the instructions of the blowtorch at
hand. Perhaps he or she is not good at acquiring knowledge by reading,
for one reason or another.

Is it then arrogant if somebody suggested that putting a kettle on the
stove perhaps would be a better and easier way for that person to go
about making a cup of tea, than using a blowtorch for the same job?

  Best regards,
