Has the "-n" option always ignored the lock?

I've run into this type of problem in the past, ie, if a loginfo script
tries to run "cvs rlog" it get's "waiting for lock" messages because the
original commit still has the module locked.

It sounds like using "cvs -n rlog" would solve this problem?

If so, it might be nice if there were some note about this in the
discussion of "*info" scripts and perhaps the global "-n" option.
