-t/-f in cvswrappers

Hello all. I'm running into a problem with clients that send files to the
repository with Mac or Win file endings. Not a problem I thought, opened
cvswrappers and added

*.inc -t ' %s'
*.class -t ' %s'
*.html -t ' %s'
*.php -t ' %s'
*.inc -t ' %s'
*.class -t ' %s'
*.html -t ' %s'
*.php -t ' %s'

But I get an error that "cvs [server aborted]: -t/-f wrappers not supported
by this version of CVS"

Uh Oh, I've not seen anything that indicates where I might add this feature
and recompile my sources.

Help.... This is a show stopper for me.
