To answer the question straight and honest: Yes.

Put into slightly more diplomatic terms, we should work out a solution that 
satisfies both our needs.
You could try to increase the weight of the voice age, as mentioned. I believe 
that this alone could fix the problem. I don't know the music you are playing, 
so what should I say?
If you would like to revert to your original code, I made the changes in 
question between 1.44 and 1.45, seven weeks ago.
