Sorry guys I didn't know that
"average", "localaverage" and
"localaverageundirected" were meant to gave the same ressults. Since we can specify vertex ids for "local" transitivity I sort of misunderstood that "localaverage" and
"localaverageundirected" would also let me do that, and I didn't see in the R igraph documentation that "average", "localaverage" and
"localaverageundirected" are different names for the same thing.
