Re: ability to check in .ear / .war / .zip files into RCS

Binary files are supported (assuming .ear is a binary file) in RCS by
virtue of GNU diffutils[1].  Large file support (if 10MB file is considerd
large) is available by virtue of the GNU programming philosophy for
robustness[2].
