Hi,
Thank you anyway ! I try  glpk4.1 (that you really wanted to mention below,
I guess) and 
I successfully compile GPLK JNI. Just "-shared" option of gcc is necessary
to be added to 
to the makefile.
also thanks to Chris  Reosebrugh for his solutions for GLPK 4.0
