Bison & Java

Hi,

As some could have seen in bison/TODO, i'm expected to design an output
in Java and implement it in Bison. The goal is to use the -S option as
c++ parser do. So, it is very important to create the right skeleton.
I count on all your requests, questions and collaborations to done this
job well.
