Use the patient evalution model field
"inpatient_registration_code" (provided by the health_inpatient module).
You can see the field at the "Extra Info" tab on the patient evaluation.
The best way to create a inpatient evaluation is from the
hospitalization form :
Health -> Hospitalizations -> (Relate action) "Inpatient Evaluations"
