[Gzz] Tuukka 2002-08-27 (source package)

I added to 'make clean' a script which does 'rm -Rf' to all files listed 
in .cvsignore's. The target should probably be split into 'clean' and 
'distclean'.

I updated and simplified 'make dist' and it currently produces a source
tarball, but there are some issues remaining. I include almost all files
from CVS module 'gzz'. "./(basalt|lava|C\+\+|Perl|Java|Modules)" are
excluded.  Results of 'ready_to_compile' and 'doc' are included. File
'VERSION' is overwritten with a version name like snapshot-`date` or
0.8alpha1.

Module 'depends' probably should be included as a subdirectory. Can we in
the Makefile do a check for ./depends and ../depends and choose
accordingly?

Even with ../depends available, the source from the tarball can't be built 
before lava/gzz/impl/errors/InconsistentChangeException.java is included. 
After that, I could succesfully do 'make compile run'.
