Hi--If 0.8alpha1 is "JUST GET IT OUT OF THE DOOR" (from TODO) why don't we just release what we have? Or, just fix GL client and release, if that's not too much work (can be finished today or tomorrow). Then alpha2 could be "Minimal code documentation," and all the other alpha releases could move one step down.
