[GWhere-discussion] Change binary file name of the project

Hi everybody,

It's long time that I think of changing the name of the binary file name of 
the project. Today the names are :
- Project : GWhere
- Binary file name : GWhere
- Archive file name : GWhere-x.y.z.tar.gz 

For some reasons I would like rename them by :
- Project : GWhere
- Binary file name : gwhere
- Archive file name : gwhere-x.y.z.tar.gz 

I know that it's not recommended to do that. But I think it's vey important. 
Have you some ideas or remarks about this changing?
